At the fixed euro rate (655.957 FCFA = €1): certified translation from about €23 a page, €0.10–€0.18 a word, transcription from €6.10 a minute; training from about €152 a month, ICAO preparation about €480, web content from about €274 a month.

A contract drafted in Accra is signed in Lomé. A Lagos judgment is produced before a Togolese court. Each of those crossings needs a sworn translation — and before a Togolese authority, a document has no effect unless it carries the stamp of a translator sworn in Togo.
