The Reality

A translated article does not rank on its own. Keywords in one language are not translations of those in the other: your best French article can become invisible in English — not for lack of quality, but because it answers no real search query.

Add-On

SEO Localization: Why a Translated Article Does Not Rank Alone

Priced per article, never per word: keyword research in the target language, title and H1 adaptation, meta description, slug, alt text. Effort does not vary with text length — neither does the price.

Per article up to 1,200 words25,000 FCFA excl. tax
Long-form or pillar page50,000 FCFA excl. tax

SEO localization is optional and billed per article on top of the monthly plan.

Choosing a Plan

Volume Pricing — When to Choose Which Plan

Essential (3,000 words) fits a soft launch or a site that publishes two short posts a month. Growth (6,000 words) is the default once you post weekly and want a maintained glossary so product names stay consistent. Authority (10,000 words) makes sense when the same month mixes blog posts, product pages and a newsletter — the per-word effective rate drops, and one voice covers the whole stack.

SEO localization stays optional on every plan: add it only on the URLs you actually want to rank, not on every draft.

Worked example — one monthly editorial cycle

A Growth client sends a four-week calendar on day 1: two 900-word how-to articles, one 1,200-word comparison page, and a 600-word product update (about 3,600 words). I confirm the plan fit, lock terminology against the existing glossary, and deliver throughout the month in CMS-ready format. They add SEO localization on the comparison page only (title, H1, meta, slug, alt text) — billed once at the per-article add-on rate — and keep the how-tos for social without the SEO package. Unused words that month do not roll over; if volume spikes the following month, they step up to Authority with one month's notice.
