- Official support / diplomatic missions — administrative procedures, contract signings, official visits in Lomé.

Rates — liaison, consecutive & official support
Rates shown are excl. tax, applicable to the three services above. If a formal invoice is requested (individuals or businesses), VAT is added at the applicable rate. Simultaneous conference interpretation (booth, two-interpreter team) is always quoted individually, at a higher rate.

No. Individuals, businesses, NGOs and institutions can all book — for a business meeting as well as a personal appointment (consular interview, notary, bank, etc.).
It's the most common and flexible form: I facilitate conversation between two or more parties, without equipment, in an informal or semi-formal setting (meeting, negotiation, interview, visit).
It requires a booth, headsets, and a two-interpreter relay team — no one can sustain simultaneous interpreting alone for long. It's therefore a distinct service with its own cost and logistics.
Rates cover the assignment within Lomé. Outside Lomé, travel and accommodation costs are added — contact me for an exact quote based on location.
Yes, on a custom quote depending on duration and complexity.
For liaison or consecutive interpretation, book at least 48 hours in advance. For simultaneous conference interpretation (two-interpreter team, equipment), please allow at least one week to organise the team and logistics.
Yes, a deposit of 30–50% is required to confirm the booking; the balance is due on the day of the assignment.
Cancellation is free if made at least 48 hours before the assignment. For late cancellations (less than 48 hours' notice), partial billing applies to cover preparation time already committed.
Displayed prices are excl. tax (HT). If you need a formal invoice (individual or business), VAT is added at the applicable rate.

Choose certified (sworn) translation when an embassy, university, court or government body will verify the document legally — visa applications, university admissions and court submissions. When in doubt, the quote tells you which applies.
Yes. Documents are received and delivered digitally worldwide. Physical certified prints can be collected in person in Tokoin Doumasséssé, Lomé or shipped internationally on request. Payment is accepted via bank transfer and international wire (SWIFT). The certified translation bears the legal stamp of the Cour d'Appel de Lomé which is internationally recognised.
Yes. Workshops are delivered at your office/premises in Lomé or live via Zoom for distributed teams across West Africa and internationally. Scheduling is coordinated with your HR or operations contact.
Yes. All documents are handled under strict professional confidentiality. Files are kept in a secure, encrypted folder, are never shared with any third party, and are permanently deleted after delivery. Each Corporate Training retainer covers a maximum of 5 employees per cohort. This keeps workshops interactive and allows personalised feedback. Larger organisations can run multiple cohorts under separate retainers.
Workshops are delivered at your office/premises in Lomé or live via Zoom for distributed teams. The programme structure stays the same — 8 × 60-minute sessions per month, scheduled with your HR team.
Corporate Training Circles are billed monthly via Pro-Forma invoice (100,000 / 200,000 / 360,000 FCFA HT depending on the Circle). Payment by bank transfer (Ecobank Togo, Orabank Togo) or SWIFT for international organisations. Advance payment or an authorised purchase order is required before the programme begins.
French ↔ English (FR↔EN) only. This exclusive focus ensures the highest level of precision, domain expertise and legal validity in both languages. For other language pairs, I can recommend trusted colleagues in the professional translation network.
For source documents: PDF, JPG, PNG, TIFF, Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx), PowerPoint (.pptx), and scanned images. For delivery: certified translations are always delivered as PDF with official stamp. The original Word file can also be provided for general translations on request.

These terms apply to all transactions without exception.
All monthly subscriptions operate under an advance payment model. Invoices are strictly due and payable by the 5th calendar day of the month before sessions begin. Accepted: Bank Transfer, Ecobank Mobile, Moov Money, Mixx.
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule any session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are permanently forfeited and billed at full cost.
All sessions allocated within a monthly subscription must be consumed within that calendar month. Unused sessions do not roll over under any circumstances.
Institutional accounts and NGOs operate via formal Pro-Forma documentation. Full payment or an authorised purchase order is required before work begins, followed by a standard fiscal invoice upon delivery.
