Confidentiality
Professional secrecy without reservation. Documents deleted thirty days after delivery; only the register of certified translations is kept indefinitely, and it holds no document content. NDA signed on request.
Billing
Two options: invoice the firm, or invoice the end client with the firm as referrer. Quote, pro forma, purchase order and final invoice. Firms outside Togo can be invoiced in EUR, USD or FCFA and settle by bank transfer or international wire (SWIFT).
Worked examples
Succession with a foreign will — a notary opens an estate in Lomé that includes a will drafted in English abroad. I produce a sworn FR rendering of the will and any accompanying probate extracts so the notarial deed can cite them with legal effect. Turnaround is usually quoted by page count once the scans are complete.
Power of attorney for a notary — a client abroad signs an English power of attorney that must be used before a Togolese notary. I deliver a sworn EN→FR translation with stamp and signature so the notary can annex it to the acte without delaying the signing appointment.
