Every assignment is quoted individually: the price depends on duration, venue, subject and the preparation required. You receive a quote within 2 working hours. International and institutional clients can be invoiced in EUR, USD or FCFA; payment by bank transfer or international wire (SWIFT).
Liaison or booth? Up to about a dozen participants — a meeting, a negotiation, a site visit — liaison interpreting is enough, with one interpreter. Beyond that, or as soon as there is a platform, an audience or a full-day session, the assignment moves to booth interpreting: two interpreters per language taking turns every 20 to 30 minutes, plus the equipment.

Deposit and cancellation. A deposit of 30–50% is required to confirm the booking; the balance is due on the day of the assignment. Cancellation is free if made at least 48 hours before the assignment; with less than 48 hours’ notice, the deposit is retained.
Travel and accommodation outside Lomé are charged at cost. Conference and simultaneous interpreting: a team of two interpreters; equipment provided by the organiser. Online (Zoom, Teams) and multi-day assignments: same principle, quoted per assignment.

It requires a booth, headsets and a team of two interpreters — no one can sustain simultaneous interpreting alone for long. It’s therefore a distinct service with its own cost and logistics.
The quote covers the assignment in Lomé. Outside Lomé, travel and accommodation are added at cost and shown on the quote.
